Annai Builders Real Estates Pvt Ltd incorporated in 1987, made a modest beginning in selling plots, the prime objective being identifying and creating affordable housing plots across Chennai and its neighbourhood..Over the last two decades, the company has promoted many layouts across Chennai and beyond. Clear Titles, transparent dealings and a honest approach has seen the company build a tremendous amount of goodwill. It has also made investment in property a realisable dream for one and all. The unprecedented real estate boom few years back saw many investors turn millionaires. All this was possible due the conviction with which they had bought land from our company.

Smart Homes already made its mark in Perumbakkam near OMR where it created a record of sorts by selling out almost all the units on the day of launch. The next project Ananya Gardens Phase I and II at Tiruvottiyur was a repeat with all the units sold out during the launch. This was further followed by the launch of Atulya Anakaputhur near Pallavaram which was again met with resounding success. All 375 Units were sold on the day of launch. The launch was over booked with an enthusiastic crowd in waiting eagerly for similar launches.

The Atulya journey continued with three successive launches viz. in West Tambaram ( 100 Homes ), Madambakkam ( 100 Homes ) and Keelkattalai ( 100 Homes ) such a launch being first of its kind in Chennai. All the three projects where sold within hours of launch.

On Sept 10, 2010, Annai builders set their footprints in Coimbatore. The company launched "Amritaa" - 76 luxury apartments with a rent guarantee, the first of its kind in the history of Kovai. The company had tied with M/s Nithya Associates Coimbatore and leading name in the construction industry. The response was enormous and all the apartments were sold out on the date of launch itself.
